On the fifth day of Christmas... A Christmas Craft

by - 07:00:00

Hi and thanks for hopping over from Weaving Ideas and welcome to my post for the FIFTH!! day of #12daysofparenting.  We have many prizes to giveaway! Todays sponsor is the wonderful Sand Art Pictures!! Full details can be found on the #12daysofparenting page and all entries to be completed via the Rafflecopter at the bottom of this post.

We've done a few crafts this year so far and we have a few more to do. We decourated ornaments for the tree, drew pictures on our window in Chalk pens and got covered in all sorts of messes! But these are our favourites!

This Foam Christmas House, it came as part of a Christmas activity kit and Kairi just loved to sit and stick it together. All the foam pieces were like stickers and there was no mess... PERFECT! We managed to get this in the Christmas kit from argos reduced in the summer last year, its back full price this year and totally worth it!!

A quick trip to Tesco meant we got to make a gingerbread house and didn't need my 'awsome' cooking skills! We also got a decorate your own tree ornament (cookies!) kit from Iceland that was fab too!

However the most fun was creating our own Christmas Cards We painted our hands and stamped them onto paper, when they were dried later I cut them out and stick them onto card and added the finally touches (like the birds legs!) They were so simple, fun and everyone has loved them so far!
Naminé enjoyed making them too!

This was the finished product... perfection!

Today's Christmas Code Word is: Merry Christmas
